Francis Libiran
The creations of Filipino Fashion Designer Francis Libiran are not only world class but some of these were seen by billions of people all around the world, too, as endorsed by international supermodel Tyra Banks.

As featured designer on an episode of “America’s Next Top Model”, Libiran quickly rose to prominence. Described as “extremely hard-working, tedious and passionate”, Libiran creates signature pieces that reflect his background in Architecture, and cosmopolitan perspective. Canada Philippine Fashion Week proudly presents “100”: Libiran’s 70-piece 2013 Collection on the main runway, and his 30-piece Retro Collection, in an elaborately designed exhibit utilising 30 identical white mannequins at the beautiful circular lobby of the elegant Roy Thomson Hall.
